1st World Coffee Producers Forum - Colombia

PERU SHB Grade 1 – Micro Lot
Bei Santosida wurde das erste Micro Lot geröstet und in den Verkauf gebracht. PERU SHB Grade 1 ist von der Finca Rosenheim, gewachsen auf ca. 1.600 Höhenmetern. In jeder Hinsicht ein ganz besonderer Kaffee. Geerntet in kleinen und überschaubaren Mengen. Die geernteten sehr reifen und optimal gewachsenen Kaffeekirschen werden separat gewaschen und aufbereitet. Die Ware kommt mit anderen Rohkaffee von der Finca Rosenheim, nicht in Berührung. Nur so ist eine derartige Qualität an Rohkaffee erreichbar.
Die Finca Rosenheim wurde von zwei schweitzer Auswanderern (Familie Neumann) gegründet und noch heute geführt. Geografisch in der Nähe von Villa Rica in Peru gelegen. Die Finca ist umgeben von purer Naturlandschaft, wiederaufgeforsteter Wald beschattet die Kaffeebäume. Pflanzung des Kaffee´s, Aufforstung, Pflege und Ernte, wird ausschließlich in Handarbeit, mit größter Sorgfalt durchgeführt.
Sonnengetrocknet lagern die Pergaminos noch ca. 3 Monate bis sie für den Export geschält und verpackt werden. Der geröstete Kaffee hat sehr vielschichtige Aromen, mit einer feinen Fülle. Er vermag lang anhaltend in der Mundhöhle geschmacklich nachzuschwingen. Dies verleiht dem Kaffee seine Einzigartigkeit.
Wunderbar als Espresso geeignet mit einer schönen vollen Crema, aber auch perfekt als Kaffee Crema, viel Aroma, viel Fülle und sehr, sehr wenig Säure. Geschmacklich ein Höchstgenuss.
Santosida verpackt diesen Kaffee in einer natronbraunen 250 g Pappdose mit dichtverschließendem Membrandeckel. Auch, um über das Verpackungsmedium, die Besonderheit dieses Kaffee´s optisch herauszustellen.

Alle Jahre wieder gibt es von den Großen der Kaffeebranche einen “Kaffeereport”. Marktforschungsinstitute ermitteln relevante Zahlen zum Kaffeekonsum in den jeweiligen Ländern und Regionen. Für Deutschland ist unter anderen der Tchibo Kaffeereport von Bedeutung und mit einer gewissen Aussagekraft.

Demnach, wer hätte dies gedacht, ist der Deutschen liebstes Kaffeegetränk, der gute alte Filterkaffee.
