Aber ich stand heute wieder auf der Waage und muss einfach etwas angeben:-)
Ich wiege am Nachmittag, mit Jeans, Pullover, gegessen und getrunken.
nur noch 62,6 kg. JUHU.
Es ist einfach toll. Ganz ehrlich. Und das obwohl ich jetzt am Abend immer noch etwas nasche. Natürlich keine Schokolade oder so. Ich zaubere mir eigenen Joghurt. Ich nehme den WeightWatcher Maherjoghurt natur, mache da etwas Süsstoff rein und dann noch entweder Zimt, Vanillepulver (kein Zucker!) oder Kakaopulver (zum Backen). Super lecker und stilltabsolut den Heisshunger. Chrom und Zink nehme ich aber auch, da ich der Appetit auf Süsses echt noch mein grösstes Problem ist. Muss mich teilweise im Supermarkt so zusammenreissen! Total anstrengend! Hoffe echt, dass es noch besser bzw weniger wird mit dem Chrom.

neue Zahlen
Heute werde ich mich in cm wieder neu vermessen. Mal sehen ob sich da noch was getan hat!
Meine aktuellen Abmessungen, im Vergleich zum letzten Mal, in cm sind:
Oberschenkel: 58 (-2)
Ich schaffe es leider momentan nicht mehr so oft zum Sport wie ich sonst gehe. Sonst wären die Erfolge warscheinlich noch grösser. Letzte Woche war ich tatsächlich überhaupt gar nicht zum Sport! Das ist ätzend! Muss mir echt in den Hintern treten und nächste Woche wenigstens 2x gehen. Sonst werde ich noch zum kompletten Schlaffi!
Also, wer Fragen zu dem ganzen Programm oder zu sonstwas hat kann natürlich gern Kommentare hier hinterlassen. Ich bemühe mich darum alles zu Sanguinum und zu meinen Erfahrungen zu beantworten.

es tut sich was
Ich habe heute wieder mein Sanguinum bekommen:-)
Ausserdem wurde ich diese Woche am Freitag vermessen. Also die Körperfettmessung wurde heute gemacht. Und ich habe tatsächlich in einer Woche 2 kg von meinem Fett abgenommen!
Aber an meinem Gewicht hat sich wenig getan. Die Waage zeigt am frühen Abend, wenn ich meine Spritze bekomme immer um 64,4 kg. Aber ich hab ja schon öfter geschrieben: das ist nicht ausschlaggeben, sondern eben die Messung. Am Abend hat man gegessen, getrunken, war vielleicht noch nicht auf der Toilette, hat dickere Klamotten an oder was auch immer.
Aber einige meiner Kollegen haben mich schon auf meine "Erschlankung" angesprochen und ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass die Hose lockerer sitzt.
Heute haben wir aber auch festgestellt, dass ich etwas von meiner Muskelmasse abgenommen habe. Das ist natürlich nicht so schön. Deswegen muss ich jetzt sehr darauf achten, mein Eiweiss jeden Tag auch wirklich zu essen. Hihi. Das heisst für mich, dass ich jetzt am Abend nochmal Quark essen darf. Da mach ich dann Zimt oder Vanillepulver (Reformhaus) und ganz wenig Süssstoff rein und löffel den so weg. Voll lecker! Ah und es ist natürlich Magerquark. In meinem Fall der von WeightWatcher.
Also der Coop hier in der Schweiz hat extrem viele Sachen von WeightWatcher. Das macht's natürlich schön einfach.
Ich muss sagen: ich bin immer satt, habe keinen Heisshunger auf Schokolade und nehme ab. Was will ich mehr?! Noch ne Info am Rande: Heisshunger auf Süsses kann von einem Zink- und Chrommangel hervorgerufen werden. Da gibt es ein Präparat in der Apotheke, was man dann einnehmen kann. Nur als Tip. Würde ich aber immer vom Arzt abklären lassen.

etwas verspätet
Also die Waage zeigte 64,4 kg an. Das wäre minimal mehr, aber ich gebe nichts mehr auf die Zahl auf der Waage. Für mich relevant ist die Messung am Mittwoch. Das Gewicht auf der Waage hängt von so vielen Faktoren ab. ich werde ja immer am Nachmittag gewogen. Immer mit anderen Klamotten, immer zu einer anderen Uhrzeit, immer mit mehr oder weniger Essen und trinken im Magen, immer mit mehr oder weniger Sport am Vortag. das muss ja schwanken!
Fakt ist, dass ich meinen Gürtel mittlerweile 2 Löcher enger stellen muss. Und die ersten Komplimente bekomme ich auch schon. Es wird also langsam sichtbar, dass ich schlanker werde.
Ausserdem bekomme ich nächste Woche meine Mens. Da geht das Gewicht wegen Wassereinlagerung sowieso hoch.

die Hälfte
Ich wurde heute wieder vermessen und habe eine neue Sanguinum-Spritze bekommen.
Mittlerweile habe ich ganze 2 Kilo abgenommen. In 2 Wochen.
Das ist sicher nicht übermässig viel, aber es geht kontinuierlich weiter.
Davon sind 1,7 kg Körperfett und der Rest ist Wasser.
Ich muss aber zugeben, dass ich in der letzten Woch doch einige Fehler gemacht habe. Unbewusst. Ich sollte zB mein Obst nicht am Abend essen, ebenso nicht das Knäckebrot. Und ich muss noch etwas genauer auf die Fettmenge achten. Zudem habe ich an 2 Tagen den Tee nicht getrunken. Hatte ich schlicht vergessen.
Also heisst es jetzt, dass ich mich nochmal am Riemen reissen muss!
Konsequenz ist alles!

Mal Scherz bei Seite, mir geht es mittlerweile richtig gut. Habe mich an die Portionen und an die "Einschränkungen" gewöhnt. Ich muss oft einkaufen gehen, weil natürlich sehr viel frisch gekocht wird. Aber ich habe zum Glück immer einen Laden auf dem Weg.
Ich wiege heute 64,4 kg! Halte also im Schnitt mein Tempo innerhalb von 2 Tagen etwa 400 g abzunehmen. Ich denke die Zahlen hier sprechen für sich!
Es tut sich was! Ich nehme ab! Und diese Erfahrung zumachen ist all das Geld und all die Mühe wert! Ganz eindeutig! Ich denke ich werde diese Kur machen, bis ich an meinem Traumgewicht angekommen bin.
Ich weiss nicht genau, aber ich denke Menschen, die sowieso hin und wieder Kopfschmerzen haben oder zu Migräne neigen sollten sich diese Kur sehr gut überlegen. Denn die Nebenwirkungen in der ersten Wochen waren ja nicht ohne. Jetzt hat sich bei mir alles eingependelt. Ich bin nicht gereizt, ich habe keinen Hunger und ich habe keinen Heisshunger auf Süsses. Nur etwas müde bin ich hin und wieder.
Deswegen lege ich jetzt auch die Füsse hoch:-)

neue Zahlen
Mein Schatz und ich haben uns heute wieder gegenseitig vermessen.
Und ich durfte wieder kleine Erfolge feiern. Habe heute zwar mit einer heissen Schokolade gesündigt, aber trotzdem.
Meine neuen Abmessungen in cm:
Lohnt sich die ganze Schinderei also doch. Und dieser Sprung von Freitag war sicher ne Kombination aus blöden Zufällen. So wie jetzt kann es sehr gern weiter gehen.
An das spezielle Kochen habe ich mich auch gewöhnt. Habe sogar schon das ein oder andere neue Lieblingsessen.
Nebenwirkungen habe ich zur Zeit keine. Denke nach einer Woche habe ich mich langsam dran gewöhnt und mein Körper hat sich umgestellt.

Der erste Minierfolg hat sich auch schon eingestellt: ich habe 400g weniger:-)
Wenn man das mal auf 4 Wochen hoch rechnet. na, will mal nicht gleich zu euphorisch werden.
Ach ja: ich darft jetzt Gemüse (also Rohkost) zwischendurch essen so vie ich will.
Und trinken tu ich ja eh schon wie ein Elch, Kamel oder sonst ein Tier. Komme immer so auf 3 bis 4 Liter am Tag. Ich denke ihr könnt euch ausmalen wie oft ich zur Toilette renne!
Den Tee finde ich ganz lecker. Riecht wie ein Heuballen, aber schmeckt relativ unspektakulär.
Mit Nudeln, Reis, etc. stellt sich gar nicht so die Frage. Aber jetzt. "Fisch." "Und was dazu?"
Da ist schon meine ganze Kreativität gefragt.
